Buy BTone Pickups
When you purchase BTone pickups, the original owner receives lifetime access to the Tone Vault.
Choose Your Next BTone Set
Pick the BTone model you want to receive in exchange for your current BTone pickup set.
Ship Us Your Pickups
Send in your existing BTone pickups along with your BTone order number or dealer receipt.
We Verify and Ship Your New Set
Once we confirm ownership and the pickups are in working order, we ship out the new BTone set you selected.
Eligibility & Requirements
The Tone Vault is a premium service created exclusively for verified BTone owners. These simple requirements ensure every exchange stays authentic, protected, and reserved for genuine BTone players.
Original Owner Access
Tone Vault access is reserved for the original purchaser of BTone pickups — direct or through an authorized dealer.
BTone Pickups Only
The set you return must be an authentic, working BTone pickup set from your own purchase or previous Vault exchange.
Condition Check
Pickups must be fully functional, with no severe damage, modifications, or broken components.
Tone Vault Fee
A simple, one-time fee whenever you choose to swap.
Vault Exchange Fee
$25 (+ shipping both ways)

Do I have to pay every year?
No. The Vault Fee is only charged when you choose to exchange pickups.
Are the pickups I receive new?
Not always. In some cases we may send a brand-new set, but most replacements will be a Certified Refreshed BTone set — fully inspected, tested, and approved to perform like new.
We will never send pickups that are damaged or unreliable. While the lead wires may not always look factory-fresh, we ensure they’re a proper length and may add professional extensions if a previous owner trimmed them.
Every set you receive is clean, fully functional, and held to BTone’s boutique quality standards.
Do I pay shipping?
Yes. Customers cover shipping both ways.
Can I swap more than once?
Yes — original owners can exchange as many times as they like.
What if my pickups fail verification?
We return them to you. Fees and shipping are not refunded.
I bought BTone used — can I join?
No — the Tone Vault is reserved for original purchasers.
However, we do make exceptions in certain cases. If you’re unsure or have questions about your eligibility, just reach out — we’re here to help.
How long does a swap take?
Usually 3–7 business days after we receive and verify your pickups is when we will ship them back to you.
