Lifetime Warranty
The original purchaser receives a lifetime warranty on all BTone pickups purchased directly from BTone or through an authorized reseller.
This warranty is non-transferable.
If a pickup ever fails due to a fault in materials or workmanship, we’ll repair or replace it, ensuring your tone stays as strong and reliable as the day you first plugged in.
Important — To Qualify for Warranty or Return
- Lead wires must not be cut or shortened
- Pickups must not be physically damaged
- Original packaging must be included
Lead wires must remain uncut and the pickup must not be altered from its original condition.
Normal wear like light scratches or typical use is fine, but damage or modification will void the warranty.
Shipping Policy for Warranty Claims
If a pickup fails due to a material or manufacturing issue within the first 30 days, BTone will cover all shipping costs for repair or replacement.
After 30 days, warranty coverage remains in effect for the lifetime of the pickup, but shipping to and from BTone becomes the responsibility of the customer.

How to Start a Warranty Claim

- Photos of the pickup and leads
- A brief description of the issue
