Return Eligibility
We want you to love your BTone pickups. If you’re not satisfied, you can return them — even if you’ve installed them — as long as they meet these conditions:
- Pickups are in undamaged condition
- Lead wires have not been cut or shortened
- Original packaging is included and in good condition
We cannot accept returns showing signs of alteration or damage, including (but not limited to):
- Cut or shortened leads
- Deep scratches, tool marks, or broken covers
- Burned or stripped wires
- Missing parts or packaging
Non-Returnable Items
- Pickups with cut leads or visible damage
- Made-to-order or custom-spec pickups
- Items marked Final Sale
Defective Items
If your pickup doesn’t perform properly, we’ll make it right.
Email info@thebtone.com, and we’ll troubleshoot with you or arrange a repair, replacement, or refund after inspection.
Return Process
To start a return, email info@thebtone.com with your order number and reason for return.
Proof of purchase is required.
- Returns or cancellations do not incur any processing or restocking fees
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Returns must be initiated within 90 days of purchase
Refund Details
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm approval or rejection by email.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within a few business days.
Exchanges
If you think a different BTone set might better suit your sound, we’ll happily exchange it — just cover the shipping cost difference.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returns or exchanges.
Shipping charges are non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund.
Use a trackable shipping service as we can’t guarantee delivery without tracking.
Apparel & Swag Policy
All sales of BTone-branded apparel and merchandise (including hats, hoodies, and other gear) are final.
Due to the print-on-demand nature of these items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Wrong size
- Preference changes
- Color variation
- General wear or usage
Please review the size guide carefully on the product pages before placing your order. If you're between sizes or prefer a looser fit, we recommend ordering one size up.
We cannot resell returned swag — so make sure it’s right before you check out. Thanks for understanding.
