BTone Warehouse Shipping

All pickups, accessories, and a few merch items (like our keychains and coasters) ship directly from the BTone warehouse.
Orders are typically shipped via FedEx, though we may use another carrier when needed to ensure reliable delivery.

All BTone warehouse orders ship at a flat-rate shipping fee, displayed at checkout.

Shipments to the United States fall under the CUSMA trade agreement, meaning there are no tariffs or duties for U.S. customers.

Merch Fulfillment (Print-on-Demand)

Most of our apparel and merch items are made and shipped by a third-party print-on-demand provider.
These items are made to order and shipped directly from the provider’s facility.
Shipping rates for print-on-demand items are calculated at checkout based on the provider’s live rates.

Multiple Shipping Charges

If your order includes both BTone warehouse items and print-on-demand merch, you’ll see two separate shipping charges at checkout.
This is because your items are shipped from different locations with different shipping systems.
