Lifetime Warranty
The original purchaser receives a lifetime warranty on all BTone pickups purchased directly from BTone or through an authorized reseller.
This warranty is non-transferable.
If a pickup ever fails due to a fault in materials or workmanship, we’ll repair or replace it, ensuring your tone stays as strong and reliable as the day you first plugged in.
Important — To Qualify for Warranty or Return
- Have uncut lead wires
- Not be physically damaged
- Include the original packaging
Lead wires must remain uncut and the pickup must not be modified from its original condition. Normal signs of use, such as light scratches, are expected and won't affect your warranty. Physical damage or unauthorized modifications will void coverage.
Shipping Policy for Warranty Claims
If your pickup fails because of a material or manufacturing defect:
Within 30 Days
- BTone covers shipping both ways for repair or replacement.
After 30 Days
- Your lifetime warranty still applies.
- Customers are responsible for shipping to and from BTone.
We'll always help you find the most affordable shipping option, whether that's through a BTone-arranged carrier or your preferred shipping provider.
How to Start a Warranty Claim
Email info@thebtone.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the pickup and lead wires
- A brief description of the issue
We’ll review the information and reply within 2 business days with the next steps.
