“76” marks the birth year of BTone founder James Buddy Rogers. The name Bloom comes from the idea behind the set itself — a note that opens up after the attack instead of hitting hard up front.
Voiced in the ~5.8k DCR range, it leans into a rounder, more forgiving character — softer highs, fuller mids, and a touch more body that stays musical and expressive.
