We stand behind every pickup we build.

All BTone pickups come with a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects, valid for the original owner only.

What’s Covered:

• Any failure due to manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship.

What’s Not Covered:

• Normal wear and tear
• Improper installation or wiring
• Physical damage or misuse
• Any modifications that compromise the pickup’s structure or function—such as removing coil tape, cutting leads, etc.
• Warranty is non-transferable

Shipping:

Shipping costs—including the original order, returns, and warranty-related shipments—are the responsibility of the customer.

We do have commercial shipping accounts and are happy to help you find the most affordable shipping options, but we cannot absorb these costs.
